Dr. Francis is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you can tell she truly cares about her patients and their comfort. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which makes you feel confident and at ease about your treatment. I’ve been coming to this office for years, and every single visit has been a positive experience. The entire team is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the level of care is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Francis to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to her patients’ well-being!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Mom of 3, had to find child care for my baby. Arrived at 8:38 am for my 8:30 appointment because wow accidents happen on the road to make people late. The lady called me as I parked and said “we’ll just see what time you walk into the door if we can keep your appointment but we have a late policy”. I’ve never been in the building before, don’t know where I’m going and you want me to play a game with you and get my 2 little kids out of the car, find the office for you to send me back. Zero compassion for what someone might be going through or dealing with. Can’t wait to be charged too! Avoid at all costs is my recommendation.

My toddler apparently missed an appointment 3 years ago and I just got a bill for almost $300. After calling to see if I could settle for the original missed appointment fee (still a steep $50), they countered for a reduced late fee of $100 in addition to the $50. Who wants to go to a pediatric dentist who makes their money off of kids not showing up for their appointments? I recommend you find a different dentist office that honestly earns their money through providing quality dental health services and not gouging for late fees. ***Reply to owner response*** I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Update 22Oct2025 after business response: Your response is exactly what I expected from whoever is managing your businesses page. Nothing in this response that you plastered on multiple negative reviews deals with the concern I brought up and you wave us off with excuses. It is not a slanderous review and merely stated facts. If your business practice is to alienate, disparage, and disregard a 10 year customer's concern who on average has paid your business $1,300 a year for 2 kids appts 2 times a year (just for the cleanings and xrays, not counting additional costs for fillings, etc) over trying to get $75 for rescheduling an appointment more than 24 hours out from their original appointment time, then you need to seriously reconsider your business ethos or expect to continue to receive

My autistic son has been a patient of Dr. Bross for many years. He always went in the early morning for his appt. He was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and his sleep has been affected. We can no longer do very early morning appts. They would not work with me to give my son a later appt. We will be finding a dentist.
