I arrived at the office at 11 a.m. for an 11:30 a.m. appointment. I left the office at 12:30 p.m. Not a single person informed me that the doctor was running late or anything. When I informed the four attendants at the front desk that I was leaving, they didn’t offer any assistance or apologize for the inconvenience. Not that I gave them the opportunity, but they had an hour to do so. This is unacceptable treatment for patients.
