Dr Plunket is a very competent Dr who is a great communicator! However, some of the staff in the office and in the pacemaker clinic are less than polite and kind! The front desk girls are short and discourteous! My phone calls are never returned in a timely manner. Today was an especially horrible experience! Never have we been treated so badly at any medical facility! The office manager stepped in and was able to resolve the issue! At least that was one positive! For a heart patient to be treated without compassion is unacceptable! PS… I had to put one star to post this!

Worked with both Dr. Plunkett and Dr. Yin. Both were great communicators and were very informative. Dr. Plunkett discovered my unique accessory pathway and Dr. Yin performed my unique cardiac ablation successfully and I couldn't be happier! I have my life back thanks to these doctors and this clinic. Highly recommend. The receptionists are also fantastic, they are very considerate! The schedulers worked around some headaches and were very pleasant to work with. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my heart.

I was very impressed with Dr. Yin. He has superb credentials, is extremely knowledgeable, is a great listener and spent an abundance of time talking with me, examining me and explaining the “whys and wherefores” of my condition. I am very thankful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Yin and believe I am in the best hands imaginable in Naples.

Very Professional visit . Dr. was very attentive and proposed excellent next steps after reviewing all recent EKG’s . Next visit in one month ...Jan. ‘20 .
