Naples Health and Rehabilitation Center

If I could give Naples Health and Rehab zero stars, I would. My mother was a resident here for nearly seven years, and what she endured was nothing short of heartbreaking. While a few staff members genuinely cared, the overall standard of care was disgraceful — and I firmly believe the neglect at this facility ultimately contributed to my mother’s passing. Over the years, this place has gone through multiple ownership and management changes, yet the same problems have persisted: dirty and unsanitary conditions, rude or indifferent staff, and a total lack of accountability. The building constantly smells of urine and feces, flies are everywhere, and the overall environment feels depressing and unsafe. My mother was completely bedridden, unable to move her arms or legs, and relied on a fee

This place is very understaffed. A few staff that are here discrimate and neglect residents. There is about 4 CNAs out of the whole staffing that are great to me and considérate of my needs. In the past i always had a dificulte time receiving my colostomy supplies. About a month or so ago i requested supplies and a new lady knocked on my door with everything i needed. She introduced herself as Elva and let me know she handles all nurse supplies i can contact her anytime for anything i need. Something simple as a cup for my coffee. She make sure i have my colostomy supplies each week and will continué to come to my room to check on me. I feel shes a great and súper sweet, always with a smile. Even when shes working with the carts of boxes in the halls, i see shes by herself struggling doing

This place is terrible... my great grandfather fell and cracked his head open this morning. The staff knew he was a dementia patient but the facility is understaffed, and their communication is from the stone age. They don't chart or communicate with the aids or nurses. Even if my grandfather could remember to use the call button for help, nobody responds. They don't even have a sanitary way to provide clean water or ice to their patients. They have a cooler with ice that sits in the hall for everyone to put their hands in, no lids for cups. Its no wonder my great grandfather was dehydrated upon arrival to the ER. To make matters worse the administration had no accountability for their negligence. Whatever you do don't send your family here if you love them! NCH hospital is responsible

This facility is the skid row of rehab centers and nursing homes. The place reeked with despair combined with the greed of owners who won’t spend a dime to offer a nice atmosphere for the elderly. Run down building with second hand furniture. Dirty looking. Staff that couldn’t care less. My relative was here only 4 days and I was mortified that this place even exists. I pity anyone that is stuck here. Later, my relative received a bill for ”behavioral health evaluations” which were not needed but done for them to make extra $$$. I was told that ”everyone gets one.” Steer clear.

If I could give them a zero rating I would but in order to write a review you have to at least give them a 1 star rating...this place is a death trap waiting to happen. Please don't send your loved ones to this facility, they are under staffed and can't provide the bare necessities to the individuals who are being sent here! Sanitary issues are extreme, no clean sheets or gowns and an open water cooler in the middle of the corridor is how water is provide to everyone! they are disgusting!
