This eyeglasses store is fantastic! A few years ago a friend of ours told us about this store when we needed to get glasses for our daughter. Since that time my wife purchased a pair of glasses here and they are amazing. I had been wanting to get a second pair of glasses myself for a while and came in a few months ago. I bought a pair of glasses and then saw another pair that I really liked and so bought a second pair on the same day. They were able to make the glasses while we went to grab food. The selection is amazing and they carry many great brands that you cannot find anywhere else. I have never seen so many high end eye glass frames in another store and their prices are amazing. The owners are wonderful and kind.

I think Naperville Optical is the best optical shop in Western suburbs. The selection of frames is certainly amazing, but most importantly it’s the people at the shop who make it so good. Eunice goes extra mile to accommodate all customers and provide best options and prices for them, while Dr Trieu provides very rigorous visual exams right there on site. The service is quick, professional and friendly. Thanks!

While I really want to gate keep, this is the best place you can go to for eye care! I have had misdiagnosed exotropia my whole life, and every eye doctor i went to couldn't figure out what was wrong with my eyes. Have gone through so many different prescription levels for glasses/contacts/etc. Naperville Optical was the first location to help me find the correct prescription and eye exercises for my condition. They also have an incredibly large selection of glasses, and yes, they will make you your glasses same-day! No ordering / waiting, etc. You will be able to go home with them! Contacts are mostly by order, however. The staff are incredibly kind. Eunice is such an awesome person, and she will take care of you!

I have been visiting this store for over 6-7 years and I always found the people friendly and there to help you. Especially Eunice and the gentleman who fix the hardware are extremely helpful. This store looks as brand new every time i go there and it amazes me how they upkeep the store. I genuinely think once you go there and experience their service, you will never think the customer reviews are fake.

This place is amazing. The service here is fantastic, Eunice is very sweet and accommodating and the frame selection is plentiful. Dr Trieu is efficient with her exams and it is clear she is very knowledgeable and experienced. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
