The office and Staff are excellent! Julie, my audiologist, is VERY good. Thoughtful, caring, thorough. She made sure my hearing aids fit properly and were adjusted to provide me with hearing that I haven't had in a number of years. And she handled all my insurance needs. I have had have tinnitus (ringing) in my right ear for many years. I went to Naperville Hearing Services and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with their office. The audiologists are kind, friendly, thoughtful nd extremely knowledgeable. The staff is amazing. They took their time with me, eased any and all fears I had about my hearing. I was fitted with a hearing aid to help with my tinnitus and it has helped so much. I highly recommend Naperville Hearing Services. Five stars all the way.

I highly recommend Julie Lenderzion for your hearing needs. Julie had been my audiologist since 2014 when I experienced sudden hearing loss. She carefully answered all of my questions and guided me to the perfect hearing aids that made a huge improvement in my hearing. She also helped me develop skills in fine tuning my hearing aids with the application on my phone. She continues to provide time for questions and guide me through the process of maintaining and upgrading my hearing aids as needed. She always plans time for my questions. Ann Walz
