My 16 yo daughter got her ears pierced by Moniza about a year ago and when she asked for another piercing - we knew we were going back. My daughter was not as nervous or anxious about this piercing because she knew Moniza would be patient and would provide a calming environment. Highly recommend Moniza for piercings!

From reviews it seemed promising and I was really excited to get my nose pierced here! But my experience ended up being poor due to the business’ lack of communication. I made an appointment on their online portal which was easy. It asked for my credit card to reserve the appointment in case of late cancellation. I called to ask some questions about what to expect - there was no answer. I left a message. No call back. I called again the next day - no answer. I tried texting the number - it seemed like it was an Apple iPhone - no response to text message. I emailed - no response to email. I wanted to reschedule appointment to 1 hour later but there was no option to do that online. There was also no option to cancel the appointment. My daughter wanted her nose pierced and a third ear piercing for her 17th Birthday. Moniza was great. She used a hollow needle to do the piercing which makes the healing go faster. The salon is extremely clean and Moniza is very professional. Highly recommend her
