Had my first visit with Dr. Ross this morning. I was very pleased, first with the receptionists in the office who were charming, upbeat and professional. Also the pleasant clean office environment. Upon meeting Dr. Ross, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and his commitment to his profession. I have never had a doctor, especially a primary physician, spend as much time with me as he did. He did not rush with the appointment, and spent a great deal of time reviewing all my health issues in detail. It was also enlightening that he insisted upon stating that if I was ever feeling ill, to just call his office and he would see me that day. LOVE THIS DOCTOR- I had Dr. Patrick Dermody! He was great, he really listed to my issue and addressed it quickly. The office staff was also great! I was able to get an appointment rather quickly and the office staff had me in and out of the office in 30 minutes. I liked this office so much I recommended it to a few friends and now we all go to the same doctor.

Just moved to Napa and started looking for a new primary care physician. I found Dr. Patrick Dermody via my insurance and made an appointment for a minor issue and to do their initial patient consultation. I have never had a Dr. spend more time to talk through the past, present, and future of my medical needs and lifestyle. Very grateful to have found this practice.
