I want to give a huge thank you to the wound care team and the Napa Post Acute Care Nursing Facility team for the incredible care they’ve provided to my mom. Everyone has been professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her healing and well-being. A very special thank you to Rose—she has treated my mom so wonderfully and has done an absolutely amazing job. Rose is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is comfortable and well cared for. Nurses, LVNs, CNAs, dietitian and the Social Services discharge planner were all wonderful. Beware of the administrator and billing. I received several bills with NO explanations of why they were ALL different, with the exception of the first bill. Never generated a response from the administrator when I inquired. Apparently they are not cognizant of what an itemized bill looks like either, which, if you ask for one, is supposed to be supplied legally, is never acknowledged. They supply a, "summary." My only viable recourse is a very negative review as my husband is so sick and my energies are best served taking care of his needs.

I am a positive person and participated in all the wonderful activities they provide and was able to make a recovery. All of the workers, cnas and nurses, are angles.The whole place is wonderful.

Clean and Friendly! The team at Napa Post is top notch. The nurses are all very qualified and helpful. The facility is newly remodeled and well maintained. I have had great experiences every time that I have met with anyone there. I would not hesitate to send my family members there if they needed nursing or therapy services.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support and service I’ve received during my time here at Napa Post Acute. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed genuine care and compassion. The nurses are always on the ball—attentive, professional, and ready to help—and the CNAs go above and beyond in every way. I was going through a rough personal time—physically and mentally—and having the support of the team here made all the difference. One CNA in particular, Maria, was a daily light in my routine—she brought me a hot chocolate every morning with such kindness it always lifted my spirits.
