Nao Medical - Williamsburg Urgent Care

I’ve been coming here for 6 years (it’s changed names a few times) and while it’s quick and friendly service, the follow up care needs improvement. On Friday, I took three lab tests, one swab is pending. The company they use to manage the labs sent me a Notification with a link that one part was ready, but the link just keeps spinning. Then I call the customer service line(in India) they inform me that I need to register, I register on the site then it says, it needs 24hrs to “validate my demographics” what kind of nonsense?! Mind you to create the account it asked to validate my email by sending a code. So what are we doing here?! Why couldn’t this be done to validate the demographics?? A complete time waster. And of course the outsourced customer service will not give you results but

Today I visit Nao Urgent Care and was seen by Dr. Haussmann. I will say amazing! For someone that works in the medical field I am a firm believer to always being courteous and listening to patients it makes them feel like you care and not just another person walking thru the door. When I say Dr. Hausmann impressed me from the moment she spoke and her compassion in caring about my pain and symptoms ,asking for more details and not just brushing me off ( where I experienced in other places) I was absolutely grateful. Thank you Dr. Haissman and staff at Nao Care Williamsburg. Experience approved 👍

I had a great experience during my appointment for my drug test and physical exam. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful. The staff member who assisted me with everything made the process comfortable and respectful, which I really appreciated. Everyone was efficient, kind, and made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel easy and smooth. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent service.

An wonderful sanctuary where I go to heal every week. The staff are all incredible, but I want to especially commend Jody, who administered my treat today. She has an amazing positive energy that is contagious and makes you want to smile, even after a hard week. She's very committed to making her patients feel better, as are all the staff at Nao medical. Lory, the receptionist, is the sweetest. I am always feel at ease when greeted with by her gentle smile. She's very kind and caring, and always asks me how my studies are going and is extremely helpful and understanding.

I was very happy with Dr. Elvis. He was very professional & He seemed to know exactly how to treat me.You could tell he genuinely cared. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease.
