Nao Medical - Long Island City Urgent Care

I am very happy that I went to see the doctor here, the staff was very nice& caring they listened to what I was saying how I felt & took tests rt away to see what was happening to me so I could have the rt treatment.The PA was very thorough & very understanding I ended up having an ear infection & a sinus infection & was put on antibiotics for 10 days and she told me that the antibiotics were very good and within the third day I started feeling better. I’m going on my fourth day today still taking it easy and what a difference from four days ago thank you to the staff for being understanding, caring and polite.

Don’t waste your time ever coming to this clinic. The staff is completely irrational. Waited two hours just to be seen. The girls there clearly don’t know how to do their job. They’re just laughing in the rooms not taking care of patients. I had my blood pressure super high and needed some medication, waited two hours to not be seen. Always understaff. So I guess it’s whatever if someone dies there. Disgusted by this treatment and honestly don’t recommend at all. Really disgusting. Unprofessional .

the staff is very helpful and kind. Really appreciate how patient they were and how the guided me through all of the procedures. The entire clinic is super clean too, with is a big plus :)

Staff and overall experience was terrible - incompetent and long wait times. I had an appointment for 11:45AM, I walk in and main receptionist is eating cheetos packet with her one hand fully inside while the other is being used to type. There were 2-3 other MAs or staff crowding/watching her while me and 2 other people line up. Eventually I get checked in and 45 min surpass. At 12:30 I get into a room and speak with the MA who had zero knowledge on anything mentioned. She didn’t know what NSAIDs are which is fine, but the bigger concern is she incorrectly logged my surgical history. Nasal polyp surgery for my sinuses was logged as nose surgery - cosmetic. I was baffled as the “intake” went by. Once that was complete I waited another 30 min in the exam room. A doctor finally came in at 1:1

DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Especially if you are taking a child. IT HAS BEEN THREE DAYS SINCE THEY HAVE YET TO SEND MY SON’S PRESCRIPTION TO THE PHARMACY!!! I went here with my son who was sick, only because his doctor was leaving early that day. I will just list what happened: -The seats are dirty. Only one tiny love seat to fit sick patients. -The staff, as friendly as the front desk and Nurse were, ended up being incompetent. The woman who took us in the room didn’t even know how to operate the equipment. When we made her aware that the scale was broken, her response while smiling was “maybe you have gained weight.” Super unprofessional. -This same nurse aggressively used a tongue depressor on my son to the point where he projectile spit up phlegm. This nurse just stood there in shock,
