Dr. Abel Infante is the best doctor I’ve had. He is thorough and really listens to the patient’s concerns. Genuinely takes his time with each patient and discusses previous / current visits with detail.

DO NOT COME HERE !! Don’t waste your time and energy. Disgusting service. For a place that’s supposed to help people; NOBODY was at the front desk nor was anyone being seen. People were just there waiting to even get any type of forms to fill out to even begin to get seen. By far the worst urgent care place I have ever been too. I walked around the whole place trying to find some type of worker and only one person popped their head out as if they got bothered because after saying out loud is anyone working here and nobody responded I knocked on the staff door and only then did someone pop out and say yes we are busy… he was just sitting there very NOT busy. Meanwhile there was about 6 diff patients waiting and clearly needed help. DO NOT COME HERE. Don’t waste your time.

I recently visited this healthcare facility to address an injury sustained at work, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only did the doctor expertly attend to my injured index finger with utmost care and precision, but she also took the time to ensure my comfort, despite my fear of needles. Additionally, the staff members I encountered were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. Furthermore, they went above and beyond by assisting me with an employment alcohol and drug screening at my employer's request. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and professionalism provided by this facility, and I recommend it for anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you for the outstanding service!

HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE A GOOD DOCTOR AND OFFICE WHO VALUES YOUR TIME. I took off work in the morning to see Dr. Chirinos, I had an 8:30am appointment and when I got to the office nobody was there. Then I called and the person who answered said he cant do anthing and that Im the first appt but I will be seen at 9am. I lost half hr and was waiting in the FREEZING COLD and at 9am once I finally went in not a sorry not anything the Dr actually continued about his tasks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this office.

I went to urgent care and was told the wait time would be around 15 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 11:45 AM, but I wasn’t seen until 1:37 PM, nearly two hours later. I don’t understand how an “urgent” care visit could take that long; at that point, I might as well have gone to the ER. I also informed the receptionist that my birthdate on the chart was incorrect, and she said she would correct it — but she didn’t. When I mentioned my main concern to the doctor, her response was unhelpful, and she never sent the prescribed medication to my pharmacy as promised. I ended up waiting the entire day for nothing.To make matters worse, my copay was $100, A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. UNACCEPTABLE!
