Nao Medical - Bronx Urgent Care

I’ve had an outstanding experience at Nao Medical. I come here regularly for my lab work and my school/work physicals, and the service is always efficient and professional. The clinic is clean, the staff is welcoming, and everything is handled smoothly from start to finish. I even switched my primary provider to Nao Medical because of the excellent care I receive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient healthcare!

Absolutely 10 stars. Took my strep test and covid test and within 5 minutes had the results staff and doctor were Absolutely awesome , nice and attentive. Will most deff be coming here from now on. And recommending to family and friends

It was fast and easy the receptionist Anifa was alot of help she was attentive she made the visit great I didn't have my insurance card on hand and ahe still was able to get me seen without a problem or attitude. The girl who took my vitals was very concerned with my health she was also nice . I have been going here for awhile there just hands down great the doctor was nice first time seeing him.

On 10/11/25 I had an appointment to see the doctor I’m pregnant and was having a few pain. I came at 9:15am. The front desk was nice and respectful. But when I was waiting for the doctor , he had me waiting there for more than a hour. Every time I visit this location the nurses will tell me “ I’m sorry we only have one doctor “ but seriously there was only 1 patient there and myself. I always have to wait for more than a hour to get seen. On top of that the doctor placed an uber/grub hub order for the whole entire staff while having patients waiting for him. I started to complain about how rude and unprofessional that was and he continued to let me wait. I had to leave and go to another urgent care. This urgent care needs more staff and better doctors !!!!!!!!!

An amazing urgent care! The wait wasn’t long as a walk-in they took us in quick. The nurse and doctor was very polite and kid friendly.absolutely love ❤️
