Came in today for a CDL the front desk did a great job helping me, the person in the back was kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out at a decent time and left with all my paper work done and faxed. Will be recommending to friends.

I visited this office yesterday and had an amazing experience from start to finish with less than a five minute wait. The staff acknowledges you as soon as you enter. They are welcoming, professional, and extremely attentive. Check-in was smooth, the office was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable and cared for. The medical team took their time, listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I truly felt like a priority, not just another appointment. It’s rare to find an office that combines efficiency with genuine compassion, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care, fast and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning! Aniyah, you’re AWESOME!!!!!

Leila, Jennifer, Dr. Abel Infante, the medical assistants are amazing. The y are professional, caring , understanding. Dr Infante and the medical assistants have great bedside manners. Leila and Jennifer went above and beyond to help my client. I highly recommend this facility Thank you!

NEVER in my life would I have thought that I would be DENIED medical care in New York City, but today (02/18/2026) at roughly 8:30 am it happened. Apparently their system was not able to “verify” my insurance as having access to urgent care benefits, which makes NO SENSE as it is literally listed as a benefit on my insurance card, which the representative scanned and I took a picture of myself to include in their online check-in. What’s the point in waiting in a room for over 30 minutes just to be told this? This is valuable time I could have used to treat my urgent condition. And how does their system verify as me having benefits to vision and dental benefits, when that’s not correct? If this company isn’t able to do a simple insurance verification, I would not trust them to provide th
