Jackie, the usual receptionist, is the best. She is very sweet and helpful and very clearly cares about the patients. Another review called her “abrasive;” that is not my experience with Jackie or any other receptionist. She’s definitely direct, but she is always kind and respectful and knows what she’s doing. I’ve had nothing but lovely experiences with Jackie and Dr. B.

Front desk lady was extremely rude. Hung up on me mid sentence then when I called back again the owner who wouldn’t say his name defended the disrespect of the front desk lady. NEED RETRAINING.

Always have a good experience here! Process is quick way & painless

Had an appointment on Friday the 10th of September. I was greeted by Jackie at reception who was professional and very kind. Was seen by the doctor with no wait time and found him to be knowledgeable (I’ve been seeing ophthalmologists and Optometrists since the age of 3 due to issues I was born with) he was thorough and possessed a wonderful bedside manner. Jackie had picked a bunch of frames that she placed neatly on the try on table. I loved almost all of them. I picked a really nice pair of frames with a hint of color that I love. Jackie was most helpful during this process. I had a great experience at Nanuet Vision and can’t wait to get the call telling me my glasses are ready. I will post again after that happens to share that experience. Right now I am a very happy customer!

I came here and had a very nice experience! The receptionist was pleasant on both visits; first to book the appointment, then the appointment itself. I came a few minutes early and they were ready to take me immediately. The doctor was knowledgeable and was able to identify my prescription quickly and easily, and I left at the same time my appointment was supposed to start. I'll be coming back!
