Namaste with Natalie Massage Therapy

I have been wanting to write this review for over a week bc I’m still thinking about the amazing watsu massage I had with Natalie and finally have time to share! I went in to watsu not knowing anything about it other than it was in a heated pool and in the water. I have an extremely physical job and had been working non stop. Watsu was just what I needed! The comfort of the warm water, mixed with stretching, compression and the healing touch Natalie provides helped my shoulder stop aching and helped my low back feel relief for the first time in MONTHS! The sensory experience adds and enhances the experience. Hearing the water, feeling the warmth of the pool and being surrounded by nature along with the sound of my heartbeat and breath felt like a necessary reset and I felt renewed! Pleas

Natalie’s watsu experience was absolutely cathartic from the inside out. My body has always felt supported by her on the table, and in the water I was able to fully surrender. I didn’t know what to expect, and it really felt like a re-birth. Don’t call it woo woo until you try it 😉! Absolutely an experience for the body and soul!

I've never heard of Watsu until it was offered to me Natalie and now it crosses my mind weekly! It's hard for me to explain what happened however it was very enjoyable. I stepped into the warm pool, and strapped on floaties. Natalie asked me to relax scooped me up then started walking me around the pool. Time seemed to slow down after about 5 minutes, my relaxation deepened then I felt like a rag doll in mouth of a dragon that was floating in the sky. Falkorn, even!! Time stopped. Bliss stepped in. When it was over the bliss continued. I was woozy for a few hours afterward. Kind of 'massage drunk!' I'd highly recommend this treatment!! Better yet, this Experience!
