Nally Calzado-Ricketts

This primary office really falls short, today I went in for a follow up it has been about 8 months since my last visit. They had had so many issues with the phone lines and being short staffed up front to the point where I had been on hold for hours and constantly disconnected and unable to reach anyone to cancel or reschedule a appointment. They told me I was discharged from their care and that there was 4 of them now in reception and there was no more issues. So I am being held accountable for their previous issues from when they were having problems and now I have to find a new primary. That is healthcare at its finest and I am truly disgusted at the attitude from reception, like their problems didn't play into the appointment scheduling issues. Dr.Calzado is excellent doctor. She goes beyond to help you with your needs. I appreciate her and her wonderful staff. Love her & the whole staff !!! Highly recommended!!

Dr. Calzado ‘s been my physician for several years now, and I can honestly say she’s been above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend her for your basic medical needs.

I had to be take to ER on May 1st on May 2nd went for follow up. Told to monitor glucose and blood pressure. May 8th back for follow up still no supplies. I sent messages about cardiologists needing paperwork and gave correct fax number. Nothing received and I had to print what information was on portal and bring. It's May 19th and still nothing submitted for diabetic supplies. I guess I have to look for a new doctor as it appears Dr Calzado-Ricketts and staff doesn't seem communication is needed between patient and other doctors
