Had 1 pm. appointment. At 1:13, the front desk was notified that we had other appointments to be at. I asked how much longer and was told that we were waiting for a room to open up. The girls working at the front desk were no help and never answered my questions when I asked multiple times if my father's appointment was given to someone else. They didn't even try to find someone to explain what was going on. At 1:45, the staff informed my 84 year old father that they didn't have the doctors authorization for a test he needed to have done. Only after I had made a scene in the lobby did someone from the back explain that the test had not been approved and that they were trying to get an authorization. Can you believe that he is so arrogant that he did not come to my appointment last Tuesday I have to re-schedule and he arrive late and dare me to ask why I was unhappy to look for a neurologist that makes me happy. After 4 years going to this office and of course different doctors this one is the worst, he only cares about him, he does not care about the patients and he does not know the difference between medications. Do not recommend. They said they take aetna PPO and are listed on the aetna website but they do not. Do not waste your time they will schedule your appointment and let you wait in the office to tell you almost an hour later that they don't take the insurance.
