Nadarajah Ganeshkumar

Been going here for several years. My son likes his hygienist a lot, she is so knowledgeable, gentle, and experienced. Dr. Ganeshkumar is knowledgeable and doesn't rush anything, including some treatments. All the front office seems nice, but I primarily interact with Erica and she is very helpful, patient, and kind.

Receptionist is rude to start off with and I feel like this place is scam artists. Only out for money and charged me for what my insurance covers. They put my account in collections without telling me I owed money. They claim they mailed out letters but they never did. My daughter really needed to be seen for a retainer they had put in that was hurting her and they refused to see her. As soon as I paid it off they told me to see someone else. They act like they are there for the kids but they aren’t. They are not gentle I would not recommend for little ones. They never made sure my daughter was comfortable when they pulled a tooth, and would not let me in the room with her at the age of 5. She hated this place and I do not recommend.

My daughter had a dentist appointment on May 1st and my husband and i overslept and I just called to reschedule my daughter's dentist appointment and the receptionist on the phone told me that they couldn't schedule anything because our account was under review for missing one appointment like are you serious you missed one appointment in your account is under review so they can't schedule any appointment
