I've really been looking forward to experiencing this place, as it is woman AND black-owned. I want to preface that this review is based upon a combination of the lack of customer service and the signature facial I selected. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told that the individual doing my appointment would be there in 20 minutes. This was not the best first impression, as I had the first appointment of the day (11:15am). As I waited patiently for my appointment, I did not receive a single apology from the guy at the desk OR the individual who did my service. For establishments that have strict policies upon arrival, this was not the best impression. My service was fine, but not the most relaxing. I’ve been going to SKKN+ for 6 years now and I’ll be going for the rest of my life! Cydnie is an absolute GEM and her technique, etiquette, products, and welcoming atmosphere speaks for itself. Before I started going to Cydnie for my facials, my skin was a complete and total mess. From deeply imbedded blackheads to hyperpigmentation, it was troubling to say the least. The thing I love the most is her knowledge of the products she uses, along with her thorough walk-through of the facial that you choose for your appointment. If I could give this woman & black owned establishment 100 stars I would’ve! Highly recommend!

Very clean and professional environment. I booked an Oxygen Glass Facial and had a very thorough cleanse and microdermabrasion treatment done. Cydnie was very attentive to all my needs and exceeded my expectations. My skin was left Glass-Like and all my blackheads were removed. 10/10 recommend!

I decided to give this spot a try because I usually go to erase spa which is very nice, but the distance is a problem. My original appoitnment had to be rescheduled because I used actives on my face. Going into this appointment my esthetician was rude. She wasn’t pleasant at all. She was very rough and wouldn’t even give me a chance to let her know what was uncomfortable for me. She just held my face and told me to be still, it was not a pleasant experience. Not to mention the facial was 20 mins a cleanse there was no extractions or anything. $155
