came in annoyed with the parking garage. someone needs to fix that whole situation. other than that, dr o was great and is real good at making patients feel comfortable and gives me her time undistracted. i didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at all. i felt heard and cared for. not a dramatic drive but even so i would make it every time to be seen by a doctor that actually cares. everything was timely. my escort to my room was irritable. but understandable with the busyness but not a great experience. i dealt with a girl named kelley i think with long black hair in the desk area that was a huge help when i came in and when i was leaving. very personable and accommodating, even while there were people at the desk that had her multitasking. she made me feel comfortable without an attitude like

After waiting months I had my first appointment today at their Medford location. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and there’s a letter on their door saying they closed that branch over a month ago. They had my email on file as I got a confirmation when booking, but they couldn’t bother letting patients know they shut a branch and appointments are cancelled?? Huge waste of time, can’t imagine they’re managed much better elsewhere

Wonderful office! My daughter had a fantastic experience after being nervous about her first dermatology appt. Everyone was so friendly and kind and the office ran smoothly. I was so impressed by Dr O and Kaloma, Medical Assistant plus the whole staff, that I am transferring to this practice. I will recommend this office to family and friends

I was met from the first phone call WiFi empathy and compassion. Tara and Allison were kind and understanding in getting me an appointment and following up. Claire and dr Leonard were unbelievable!!!.they took time with me to listen to my concerns and fears. I felt they were extremely thorough. Dr Leonard is an angel! I left at ease and in peace knowing I was in the right doctor’s hands for my mohs procedure. I saw her results first hand on my mother 2 years ago. She is amazing.

I had a terrible experience at APDerm Stoneham. Despite having an appointment, I waited 45 minutes to be seen by Dr with no explanation but just that they are running late. The office staff was unprofessional and disorganized. After my procedure, I never received a heads up to review my pathology report with a medical professional. Instead, I was contacted by the office staff only to schedule another appointment. Multiple calls to the clinical team were ignored, and no one followed up. This office seems more focused on billing insurance than providing proper patient care. They have no respect on a patients time or concerns. I would not recommend this location.
