Been a patient here for a long time and was never really happy with the services. One particularly I had a filling done here that never felt right from the start. I experienced ongoing bite pain, extreme sensitivities to hot and cold and went back twice, mentioning that I believed the filling might be the issue. I was told the discomfort was likely coming from the crown next to it, and adjustments were made to that tooth instead on both occasions. I was told a root canal and crown would be my only option. Very expensive... After dealing with the pain for about two years the filling fell out. So today I saw a different dentist who found the filling to have a small crack along the bottom and that it was set too high. Once the filling was replaced, the pain resolved immediately and its back

We switched dentists due to a lack of response to emails. My husband was accused of missing an appointment and charged a no-show fee. We had sent multiple emails trying to resolve it, not one email was responded to. I personally never had issues at this office, but my husband always felt poorly treated. He also had a filling done that never felt right. He went back twice, mentioning he thought the filling was the problem, but was told it was likely the crown next to it. A root canal and crown was even suggested. After about two years of discomfort, a different dentist found the filling was cracked. I've been seen in this office years ago , I have no complaint on the work they have done in past or present. How I was treated this time over antibiotics and pain relief made me feel as if they were looking at me as an addict, never was or will never be the case! Second was the cost of simple extraction , it was 3x the cost I paid for 2 surgical extractions 6/7 yrs ago . I know prices have gone way up but I was complety shocked! X-rays & visit $140. Yesterday Called it a surgical extraction after pulling $382.00. Total cost $522.00 No antibiotics or pain meds to get me through after the numbness goes away... Idk 😐 It was a simple extraction too. What's your opinion, maybe I'm wrong ! Edit: they did call me back the next day and said I was charged for surgical instead of simple extraction

Extremely disappointed with this practice. They clearly do not care about patients’ mental health issues and were rude and completely unforgiving in how they treated me. Tina (receptionist) was especially rude and unprofessional, which made the entire experience worse. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!!!!!

This is the BEST dental office on Myrtle Beach. The office is clean, the staff is amazing and the doctors are great!!!
