I received a call to schedule my son’s 2 month wellness check and they asked if I was going to get him vaccinated and I said no. They put me on hold and said that the doctor is not seeing patients who aren’t vaccinated and that I need to find another doctor. I said that is fine, I have 3 other kids that are not vaccinated and their doctor doesn’t refuse service based on vaccine status. I would not take my child to a doctor who refuses to service ppl for any reason. So just wanted people to know this is what kind of doctor this is. But to each their own :)

Dr is nice but the old Vietnamese lady is very rude. She doesn’t care for your child’s need or condition, her job is to ask for co payment and refuse to service ppl. Money to them is more important than your kid’s health. We even have to show the payment proof before they want to do anything. Our son’s blood report too then 2 months to called us back. How is it possible! Horrible service!!!

Really had a terrible experience in this clinic. My son wasn’t able to go to school for almost 2 months because of them. We went there to have him checked because he had rashes a day before the appointment but when the doctor saw him, said he was totally fine and just needs to do an allergy test to make sure he is not allergic to anything. They said to wait for 1 to 2 weeks for the approval from the insurance but upon checking, with the insurance after 2 weeks, the clinic didn’t make the request! The receptionist named TINA is very unprofessional, arrogant, sarcastic and rude! She doesn’t do her job well and has very very poor communication skill. When we were done with the blood test after almost 1 month of waiting, I called the clinic and asked if they received the results already. TI

Dr. Mylinh Trinh good pediatrician doctor. Very professional and kind. Takes her time to evaluate each patient, shes very caring. Office staff, Kenia nurse very polite, professional, and caring. I will truly recommend this place.

She's been our doctor for almost 4 yrs but thinking of switching. They have gone downhill ever since. They have a receptionist who is most of the time unhelpful and rude. Now that I read all these reviews, it's the older vietnamese lady named Tina. Feels like begging her for a change of appointment or even getting one. If you're child is sick, bet that you won't get an appointment. Better yet to go to an urgent care.
