I came in at 5:40pm to inquire about an eye exam for contacts. Wasn’t greeted coming in because the guys head was down. Walked to the back counter and asked if they offer eye exam for contacts. He says yes n puts his head back down. I then asked how much it was. He gave me a price range and then put his head back down. I then asked what’s the price difference for and he said it depends on which contacts the doctor gives me. I walked off after that. I was looking to make an appointment as well but it did seem my business was wanted. Poor customer service

Great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Baxi was very observant and picked up on some subtle findings that many have missed. My glasses prescription worked great.

The staff and the doctors were extremely professional and friendly, they made my visit very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this office because I will definitely be coming back next year for my exam.
