Internet says open at 8. Corporate can't be bothered to update their Google listing to include accurate labor day hours. Instead you show up at 8 and see this sign. Not very caring. Update your Google hours to include your special holiday hours. It's not hard.

This Urgent care is absolutely useless and the “providers” that they have which are just PA’s have no clue what they are doing. I went in with a clearly sprained ankle and torn tendons and all they did was give me a shot of toradol, which I explained to them doesn’t work for me, but they insisted. Did NOTHING. Now I do have to say, the staff at the front desk and the techs at this location are very friendly and compassionate. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend this urgent care. They won’t do anything for you. They have no clue AT ALL what they are doing. Such a waste of my time.

I was hesitant to come to this location, after reading the reviews. But my pain was too unbearable. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliest of the staff, and the cleanliest of the place. I was checked in, and examined within 30 minutes. I will highly recommend and request and Dr Perkins again! Very professional, and understanding. And also this urgent care accepts Care Credit which was very helpful for those self paying patients.

So as I’m currently waiting and Been here for about an hour I’m realizing this is not urgent care it’s patiently waiting care they should really change the name hire more doctors on site . Also have a son with a disability s who’s nonverbal, which doesn’t matter sometimes to people, but should be a priority especially when you have a outbreak an allergic outbreak there’s no other doctors we can’t go to the hospital. They don’t take stuff like this. That’s why we came here. But for this location, I would consider trying something else out or over-the-counter meds. They’re probably gonna give you the same thing. They don’t move with urgent that’s for sure

Ever since the company and staff changed, this place is SOOO much better. I went in and all the workers were so friendly, especially Haseeb! He is such a sweetheart, and i can tell he knows what he’s talking about. Steve Carroll was the provider i saw and he talked to me and asked all the right questions until he really understood what i was going through. I am so grateful for this whole team’s help and support. If i ever need to return to an urgent care, this will definitely be the location!
