Burtonsville Dental Care

As a nurse, I am usually the one that is providing care to patients. Whether it be an ear to listen or a hand to hold, always there for my patients. On 3/3/26, I was on the other side of healthcare, being the patient. For 28 years of my life, never had a cavity once, and had to get the ones that they found back in February. The Burtonsville Dental Care Team is nothing but exceptional. From the first smile that greats at the receptionists to the caring and sweet dental staff in the back, they know how to care and treat their patients. I want to do a special shout out to Ade and Dr. Park. I voiced out how nervous I was for the cavity filling and how terrified I am of needles in my mouth. Staff is always nice, very professional, and helpful with questions and concerns. Building is clean and tidy throughout. I’m always aware of my future visit cost and have never received hidden charges unlike other dentistries. Very happy with my choice with picking Burtonsville Dental Care.

Very rude staff, seems like they don’t genuinely care about your dental health as a patient. I came in here for an Invisalign consultation after setting an appointment over the phone a week prior. I took off work for the appointment and drove 90 minutes to the office in good faith that I would get a good experience and have my questions about my dental care addressed. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I left out of the office!! They offer very limited payment plan options available despite being told aligner payments have flexibility on the phone. I called ahead to ask for the price point estimate but was told I would need to come in person to receive a true number. Each question I asked about my dental care was cut off by the staff and I was only given a rushed, hostile responses. No consult

Dr looks like a movie star. Office staff are all very friendly, polite, professional, and exhibit compassion. Office was very clean and spacious with privacy for patients. Even though there were several other patients in at same time, the wait time was considerably short. The time between requesting the appointment and getting the appointment was less than two days. They also went over all fees and possible charges allowing for choices that were best for our budget and dental care. For someone who is extremely sensitive about dentist (have had some bad experiences) they were great and Dr. Park was excellent.

This is a nice place. The office is clean. The staff is very friendly. I am very displeased by having to come here now three times to accommodate a feeling that was done incorrectly the first time which isn’t the current doctor’s fault but he tried to fix it the second time and I’m still having pain. I am so upset that I have to go through. Get another procedure with a needle being uncomfortable and I hope they fix it. This is the last time.
