Appreciate that you can easily book same day for an acute (but not dire and urgent) medical condition that doesn't require you to visit the ER! The staff and doctor were attentive and friendly and addressed my concern, plus screening and filling out forms is accessible online.

The staff is excellent. Extremely sweet and empathetic. I love this facility, it is easily accessible. I live in the County. Unfortunately, many of our good medical facilities are closed down. I fell in love with everyone there. I really enjoyed Dr. NOI WALKENSTEIN. She is so attentive and exactlywhat I was going through. I really recommend you visit if you are in need of health care. I was sad because my vist was on my birthday but they're lovely mannerisms and smiles made me feel happy again. I want to thank the entire staff, you all are very special individuals.❤️

Expensive option for an urgent care. $100 for initial walk-in fee and then $125 for labs afterwards. The restroom was filthy. There were bodily fluids on the toilet paper roll and I think urine on the floor. It was a biohazard and I felt I was contaminated more afterwards.

While the office visit itself went smoothly, this is the second time I've had my son's sports physical completed at this location and it has not been done properly. Last year, the physician didn't date it and the school denied the paperwork. This year, they didn't stamp it and the school denied the paperwork. It is really not convenient to keep running down there to get things corrected that should've been done when I was there. It's a busy center city street and parking is hard to find. Very frustrating!

Since the first day I went to MY DOC URGENT CARE the first location couldn’t find my vein. So they sent me to another place which is LABCORE. Then they told me when I went back to MY DOC URGENT CARE they couldn’t find my file so they would of to draw blood again all over to do the testing again. Then afterwards when they told me to come back for the final test they told me they still can’t find my files. So I had to come back the following Tuesday to get the final medical results so I can send it in to immigration 😡🤬 the only reason they even got a star is because I had to so I can post my review they had me wait about a month instead of just seven days. 😔
