MyDoc Urgent Care - Norwood, Bronx

I've been there several times now and I loved the experience. I have taken my older children as well. The office is always nice and clean. The doctors are amazing and so are the receptionists and medical assistants. The wait and visit where both Fast and friendly. I was given the proper care, treatment , and medication to get better quickly. I highly recommend going to this doctors office/ clinic if you are sick.

I would have given this place a 10! This place made you feel right at home. Front desk London and Griselle were very pleasant they helped me with all my questions even though they were busy. I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. It was a smooth visit. She was very thorough with all my concerns regarding my visits. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff was not only pleasant and kind but also professional. I’m happy that I chose to go here and recommend it to my coworkers, friends and family ;-) thank you all for the warm welcome.

I had an amazing experience at this urgent care. From the front door, I was met with great reception and they really seemed to care about me. I was constantly checked on and assisted by the nurses. They made me feel like I was the only patient there. The Dr. on staff made me feel like he was my pcp. I was in and out of the office in under 2 hours. Over all this was the best experience I've had dealing with the medical field. Thank you to the Doctor, Nurses, and all the other staff that went above and beyond to take care of me.

I loved how fast and efficient everything was. I went in with lower abdominal pain and Amber was amazing; she was patient and caring while Dr. Salib’s sense of urgency was refreshing. Any hospital emergency room I’ve ever been to made me feel like their last priority while MyDoc was able to give me piece of mind about my pain. Highly recommend

Picked this urgent care because it was close to the house and near the hospital. The staff was friendly and responsive, and I was seen less than 10 minutes upon my arrival. I would recommend them. There is a pharmacy next door to the center as well, so it was convenient to go there and pick up the medications. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
