MyDoc Urgent Care - Coney Island, Brooklyn

Very nice, clean facility. The front desk staff was very helpful and the Medical personnel was professional. We had three family members get tested for Covid! Results were available quickly! The staff was actively mopping and cleaning surfaces when we were there. Only issue was that the check-in process was quite long, and hard to juggle everything, photographing ID & Insurance cards for everyone, etc. **I strongly suggest going there for your first visit, when you feel relatively well!** So that you don't have to deal with all of the logging in stuff when you don't.

Let me tell all! Hands down the best urgent care in Brooklyn! The staff was so attentive and organized! The facility is sparkling clean and friendly ! The dr who saw my entire family was so knowledgeable and detailed with us. I highly recommend MY DOC URGENT CARE for your medical needs.

The two ladies at the front desk were extremely kind. Came in 15 minutes before close for stitches and they sent me in to see the doctor right away. They made sure I was okay, got me water, and overall were extremely professional and efficient.
