My Pharmacy

I have been going since they opened. I love them....I tryed other bigger pharmacies and I will always look and shop at the family owned ones...

I came for the special $59 exam as I’m on a limited income. Did very well with the doc she is super sweet and very knowledgeable! All staff did well with the customer service but the last thing was paying for my glasses and Kim was very helpful. She listened to my needs and helped to arrange a price so affordable! I just had to ask if I could get new lenses in my Ralph Lauren frames from two years ago. They’re my favorite! And she did take them and less than a week they were in. They look great, gray transition plastic lenses work perfect and I feel good about my experience. Thank you all so very much!! I’m a new customer who lives close by! Go see them.

Great experience. The whole staff was wonderful. Dr. Bergelt was thorough and patient with checking my sight and health of my eyes. Kim was very friendly and helpful with working with me on a budget I had in mind for frames and lenses. They didn't try to pressure any upgrades on me. Just responded to my requests as I tried to figure what frames to go with for my new glasses. I walked out with a good feeling of an exam that was not rushed, being treated as an individual and not "just another customer" and the pricing was right in line with what I planned on spending on a new set of glasses.

I have been to MyPharmacy and Optical for several COVID tests for travel, for the vaccine and boosters and for eye care! I cannot say enough good things about everyone that works there. Very professional. Very friendly. Very good at what they do! I could not be happier with their service and time. So thankful they have moved to the Lexington community.
