Horrible customer service and experience. I had an appointment for almost a month. I arrive at my appointment and check in only to sit there for for 35 min before the rude young blonde comes to tell me they don’t take my insurance. I asked why this want determined before I arrived for her to say they needed my social security number. I told her why couldn’t so have provided that to her before so it could be verified. She replied in a snarky tone that she is sure I’m frustrated and to have a great day. Please ensure you have the front desk receptionist do there job so that this doesn’t waste any else’s time. I got my kids and took off work for this appointment for it to not happen.

Dr. Bui took the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam and answered all my questions with great patience. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. The office was clean and equipped with the latest technology. I highly recommend Dr. Bui to anyone in need of eye care!

I had an excellent experience not only getting my eyes checked up for a new prescription but also getting new glasses with their partner company. Techs are lovely, helped me through the initial tests and made the office feel safe (even with air blowing into my eyes!) Dr. Tuan is such a joy to be around, he makes you forget you're even getting checked up at a doctor's office. All in all, great energy, timely check in-and-out, and a definite recommendation for anyone needing eye check ups, new prescriptions, glaucoma tests, etc.
