I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. I arrived on time for my bloodwork, but the office staff was late, which caused me to miss the opportunity to complete my requested labs, they were 25 minutes late. When I expressed that the situation felt unprofessional and that my time had been wasted, one of the staff members responded with rude behavior and another staff even used profanity toward me. I returned later on and then asked to speak with the office manager, hoping the situation could be handled professionally. Instead, the manager dismissed my concerns and simply told me she was already aware of the situation and that I would have to wait for someone “higher up” to contact me. At no point did anyone apologize for the delay, the staff’s behavior, or the way I was tr

I received a text message about “exciting news” regarding Dr. Martinez, only to be sent an email announcing a mandatory $2,200 annual “Concierge Service” fee in order to continue seeing him. The email tries to frame this change as patient-focused, yet the listed “benefits” describe only basic standards of care. On top of that, all appointments with Dr. Martinez after January 9th were cancelled, including mine, which had been scheduled since September. The communication showed a complete lack of empathy and responsibility. There was no apology, no explanation of what would happen to existing prescriptions, and no guidance for patients who simply cannot afford or do not even want this model. This decision does not reflect “patient-centric care”, it reflects a purely financially lucrative d

I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Martinez. It's unfortunate because he clearly seems like a knowledgeable physician, but his communication style makes it almost impossible to feel heard or respected as a patient. He speaks in a condescending and dismissive way that instantly destroys any sense of trust or comfort. I do not care how good a doctor may be in terms of knowledge or experience if he cannot communicate with his patients in a respectful and professional manner. I arrived 20 minutes early and still waited more than an hour just to be placed in a room. When he finally came in, he did spend time in the consultation, but his communication skills were so poor that it was difficult to feel understood. He did not bother taking a real medical history. Instead, he qu

My honest review: I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple of years ago, and as someone living with this condition, it can be extremely frustrating to find a doctor who truly cares about helping manage the symptoms of this hormonal imbalance. I already have my gynecologist, but this year my symptoms got worse and I wanted to try a more natural approach instead of just being put on birth control again, so I decided to see an endocrinologist. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations. The doctor ordered lab work, and when the results came back within normal ranges, I was told that “nothing was wrong.” While this response didn’t surprise me (it’s something I’ve heard many times as a PCOS patient), what I was truly seeking was guidance on how to manage and reduce my symptoms. So I a

I am completely shocked by this practice. Today I received an email stating that, in order to continue as a patient, a $2,200 annual fee is now required. This fee is not covered by insurance and does not include office visits, medications, or actual medical care. It is essentially a charge just for the privilege of remaining a patient. They listed a long set of “benefits” this fee supposedly provides—such as having phones answered promptly and shorter wait times—things that should be standard in any medical office at no additional cost. Naturally, I tried to call to confirm this wasn’t spam. Shockingly, the practice now refuses to take phone calls altogether and requires patients to use text messaging as the only method of communication. When I questioned the validity of the email, the o
