Omg. Where do I start!! This ALL FEMALE staff was beyond amazing! I came in TERRIFIED and in pain of a level 10. I tried taking meds and rubbing oragel....nothing helped. Ms. CC, Ms. Lisa, Ms. Fran and Dr. Ard made me feel like I was AT HOME and took every ounce of nerves out of my body. Ms. CC was so sweet and made it super easy to go through my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Ard is my new primary dentist. I felt NO PAIN! If you're in pain PLEASE SEEK THEIR CARE! TELL THEM GEORGIA SENT YOU! I AM IN TEARS WRITING THIS! Best experience ever

I had a great experience at the Marietta location. I called ahead to make an appointment and Lisa was so nice over the phone. I got there 15 min before my appointment started and Taronda at the front desk took all my info right away and she too was very friendly! Starr the dental assistant took xray (of only the infected tooth) which I appreciate because I was already in a lot of pain. She kept me calm the whole time! Dr Ard was fantastic she gave me a couple different options and I ultimately decided to extract the tooth. Dr Ard was so gentle and it was one of the most pain free (of course there is pressure it’s a tooth removal) removals I’ve had. Also all of this was done in under an hour. If you need emergency treatment with no other options, I would recommend this place. The doctor and nurses are friendly, knowledgeable and will address your concerns. My issue is billing! They charge a $50 COVID Fee and a $50 WE STAY OPEN LATE FEE that’s not billable to your insurance company and not disclosed to you until you are checking out. Treatment other than emergency care will cost you substantially more than going to your regular dental provider. I was shown a Cost for services for a partial for out of pocket for $2400 when my spouse just had two partials done with an out of pocket of $0.

I had a broken molar happen on a Friday, by Saturday morning I had X-rays and extraction done on sight! I wasn’t prepared for the expenses and they helped me get care credit to pay it same day! The office was so punctual and so polite with me especially for a weekend visit. I can’t thank them enough! Shoutout to Dr. Muraya for the gentle hands during surgery, Consuella for the TLC and clean up, and Taronda at the front for handling my care credit and visit! The team was so lovely truly!!

Highly recommend this place! I had been putting off some serious dental work for a few years and decided I needed to get it done. I called that morning and they saw me that same afternoon. Miranda and Dr. Ard did a great job of showing me ALL the options. Once I decided, they did the work immediately and I’m very happy with their work. They create a great atmosphere through hospitality and are incredibly informative. It worked with my insurance as well, so that’s always a plus. I will be going back to them with any serious needs.
