I had the best medical appointment I have ever experienced at the Gantzel & Combs location. From start to finish, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel informed and comfortable about my care. What really stood out was how efficient the team was. My referrals were completed right then and there, and my blood work was handled immediately without any delays. The entire staff was super friendly, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to leave a medical appointment feeling this positive, but this team truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about MY DR NOW at the Gantzel & Combs location. My provider took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly heard. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and professional. I also absolutely love the MyChart app. Being able to see all of my test results, lab work, and upcoming appointments in one place makes managing my health so much easier. The messaging feature is a huge plus too — I can chat directly with my healthcare team without playing phone tag. It’s convenient, organized, and gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend this office and their amazing team!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist Sarah was welcoming, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze. The medical assistant was equally impressive—friendly, professional, and thorough in taking my vitals, drawing blood, etc. My nurse practitioner David Brennan was fantastic; he took the time to listen to all my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and did not rush the appointment. He took additional time to write up several specialist referrals. It is clear that the entire team works together to provide exceptional patient care. Highly recommended! I’ll be back for my future primary care!

This is exactly the kind of doctor experience I’ve wished for all my life! I’m obsessed with this place. Everyone is not only friendly, but competent, and they actually care. They don’t just brush you off or rush you through your appointment. The ladies at the front desk were also SO NICE. Jessica Ricci covered all bases for me, heard me out, and even made suggestions for my health to keep me on track. I never want to go anywhere else!

My husband and I both love using My Dr Now as my primary care team. They are always very professional and courteous. Everyone in the office is so attentive and they truly care for you and your medical needs. If you don't already have a good medical care team, I highly recommend My Dr Now!
