My Clear Aligner Expert Rocky Hill CT

I wasn't going to write a review, but since the staff doesn't want to return my phone calls, I guess I will 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've had nothing but a horrible experience with this place. Once their location in Waterbury shut down, things went downhill from there. I drive over 40 minutes to get here, and there have been times when we came for no reason because the orthodontist staff wasn't there to fix my sons braces. Other times, we would sit in the waiting room for about an hour and a half. I finally had enough and went to a different practice. Well, after going to a different practice at the beginning of the month, they decide to charge me twice for $148.00, two weeks later when my son is no longer even a patient there. I've called multiple times, and no one can tell me why I've been charged or give

Most horrible dentist ever. Staff is so rude and unprofessional. They only have one doctor and she is trying to treat multiple patients at the same time. My doctor gave me numbing, left then never came back. When I went to check I saw her taking care of another patient. I asked the receptionist about it and she just told me to go back and wait. I've already been waiting for an hour. She was so mean about it, they didn’t even apologize afterwards. This is not the first time that is happening. I have waited 2 hours before because of the same issue. Just find yourself another dentist. Don’t come to this place.

I am absolutely done with this place!! As it is my 10 year old daughter is TERRIFIED of doctors and to get her to even go to a dentist is hard for her. I've now gone 3 times on a Monday with her to be told the doctor is not in and the appointment needing to be rescheduled. This time my father took her as I needed to work. They told my father that someone tried to reach me a couple times today when I had absolutely no call from them!!! I got text messages twice last week to confirm the appointment, in which I did. Now it has to be rescheduled again!!?? Not even one phone call and tells my father they called me?? To boot my kid missing parts of her school today on three occasions. Unprofessional and the staff is incredibly rude!

This company is very unorganized..They do not want to submit patient with husky to get approved, I had a consultation in April. Now we are in September and every time I call they tell me the same thing that it will take 3 weeks to get approved. But I contacted Husky and they have never receive any prior authorization for braces for my son. At this point I feel like they do not want to take any husky patients they just want cash patients. The admin has no idea what she is talking about because she give a different answer every time I call, which make no sense and total waste of my time because my son would already had braces by now but they are just give the run around and this is unacceptable to me as a patient. They need to get it together!!!!!!!

Staff in the back is amazing Staff in the front Will have you sitting there for 30-45 mins Unless you speak up like why are others being taken before you New clients or consultant are not more important Ppl with appointments at the scheduled time should be taken before anyone else especially if u have them waiting 30 mins extra
