They would get a 0 star if it would allow me to! The front desk has no idea what they are doing! They are changing my family for X-rays the front desk decided not to check into. They also wana clam they didn’t have them in time when that was a lie! The front desk could have called my old dentist! It’s not my job to know when me or anyone in my family’s X-rays were done! They suck! They need to get up to date with 2023 bc they are lacking! I give this bad review bc the owner Jennifer music couldn’t call me her self to actually hear what I had to say! I would not recommend them bc they are living in the 80s still.

After my Grandmother tried to reach them several times, I tried and first was put on hold then when I said I was looking to set up an appointment for my Grandmother, a new patient, they hung up on me. If you're not taking new patients, just tell people, don't just hang up on them!

Used their Website to make an appointment and it was never verified nor was It monitored so that an appointment could be set.. and my time was completely wasted.. Will not use their services again...
