I can confidently say this is one of the worst dentists i’ve ever been to. And i’ve been to the old kool smiles. My best dentist passed away while i was in the middle of having work done, leading to a decay in a bunch of my teeth. This dentist office made me feel certain they would help me and make my teeth better. Here we are, a year later. I was going in to get my teeth shaved down & filled in every couple of months. Within the entire year of this happening, my tooth chipped twice. once on a piece of bread, & once on a piece of plastic. I was told to “watch how i chew my food and to brush my teeth” like i wasn’t already doing that… Okay cool. I’ve been waiting about a year to have my 7 cavities filled due to my insurance. Muscogee dentist was able to see me and the staff was able to get me an appointment for a reasonable time frame & start my dental work. I’m so happy now because no other dentist was seeing adults with my insurance & All staff were very nice. I highly recommend this Dentist.

I have been going to Muscogee Dentistry for over a year now, and I can confidently say that this is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They have dental assistants cleaning teeth instead of trained professionals. The staff is all family and lacks proper training. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just give you the runaround. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I even called the board of dentistry and left a complaint. This is completely unacceptable, and they are charging my insurance for these subpar services. Avoid this place at all costs! The dental office is very unclean and sanitary, this place needs to be closed down!

I love my dentist! Dr. Trice has excellent bedside manner! Very knowledgeable, listens to concerns, and sets realistic expectations! The staff are friendly and accommodating! The office is clean and very sanitary!
