Muscle Mend Massage Therapy

Alicia really knows her stuff! This was my second time visiting her and I’m beyond pleased with the results. The atmosphere of her space is immediately relaxing. She can gauge pain tolerance really well, (a huge bonus for someone like me whose pain tolerance is pretty low), and is proficient in focusing on areas that need the most attention. Her mixed craft of ashiatsu, cupping, and manual massage were exceptional. I was so impressed that she could instantly tell where I was stiff by just one brush through! Couldn’t recommend Alicia enough!!!

Alicia's a great, reliable massage therapist. I've been to several PTs that do either massage or stretchwork, but she's the first that easily incorporates both in each session. I'm constantly training for triathlons, marathons, and muscle-building, and Alicia always hits the nail on the head with identifying pain points and getting trouble spots to relax. Definitely returning throughout training in the future.

I was searching for someone else and somehow landed on Alicia’s website. I’m not one to argue with serendipity, so I decided to explore her site. When I read about the Ashiatsu style, I was intrigued. I love deep tissue and this sounded next level, so I scheduled a session. As soon as I walked into her studio with the open ceiling and natural wood fixtures, I knew serendipity had steered me right again. Alicia is truly a gifted massage therapist and the Ashiatsu style was exactly what my body needed. I’m excited to share this information with my friends and hope they treat themselves to such a wonderful healing and relaxing experience.

I've been fortunate enough to know Alicia for some time now. She was an amazing body worker when I first met her, and still she continues to get better and better. She is clearly passionate about her work, which she demonstrates with the variety of modalities, tools and products she has studied and that she'll weave into the service as she sees fit. I feel safe and confident with her as my massage therapist and highly recommend her for anyone looking to incorporate this practice into their self-care routine.

I have visited Alicia for the body works and muscle issue related. I always sceptical when it comes to massage and yet during the time I visited her, we discuss the issue that I'm having with and she gather all the info she need to know about my problem then we go into the session and the massage therapist she provided, My God it was top notch. Again, I'm very sceptical or picky person when it comes to massage therapy and yet Alicia knows what she's doing here. If you reading this, give a chance to stop by and give it a try, if you don't like with her service then there's no need to come stop by again.
