MUSC Health University Family Medicine - Peninsula

I had a lice infestation in my house and was calling about the name of a prescription medicine. I had originally talked to Carnes Crossroads, they said they would order it for me, but when I called back they transferred me downtown. I talked to a receptionist named Kathryn (not sure on the spelling) and she was talking to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told her the entire story and how I wasn’t for sure why I was transferred downtown since I just wanted the name of the medicine so my mom could call my siblings pediatrician, but she said I had to make an appointment with a doctor. For lice. I asked if that was necessary because it’s just lice, and she made a nasty comment about how she wasn’t going to get into it with me. I have been going to this location for everything

Just spoke with a secretary named Joy and she was amazing! Made my day :)
