I was treated unprofessionally. When I asked to speak to a supervisor.... they put me on hold for 7 minutes and the same lady came back hoping I had dropped the call... I again requested to speak to a manager... I was brushed off that they would have to call me back.... and they never did. All I wanted was an appointment. :(
