They are good at delivering medication. The 1 star is for the constant need to call them to confirm. I confirm online...why have to call? Express Scripts does not require a phone call every single month. Poor efficiency. No one has time for this.

This has become the most unreliable pharmacy in Charleston. Medications are never ready in time. Customers are very flexible regarding pickups, BUT when they put in a request for prescriptions to be picked up several days in advance at a specific time, they do not want to come in just to be told that it is not ready and they have to wait for 30min up to, in one recent case, more than 1h for a simple pickup. When you cannot prepare in-stock prescriptions in 2-3 days, then ask patients to file requests 4-5 days in advance. When customers receive a "ready for pickup" notification or utilize your online prescription refill tools where they can select a specific pick-up time, they expect it to be ready in time! We all understand that there might be unforseen circumstances from time to time, but

The service was great. I got my prescription s in a timely manner, and I was able to update my information quickly. They always have my prescriptions in stock. I have been to other pharmacies that don't always have my medications on hand.

Never have an issue they always go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are ready with no problems and the workers are always pleasant for the most part

The absolute BEST pharmacy with the BEST pharmacists and pharmacy technicians I have ever come across. Will forever be thankful for this pharmacy! :)
