MUSC Health Ophthalmology at Nexton Medical Park

0 stars for me. I had an appt with Dr. Tinkler today and had my eyes dilated. This was my first visit to this office after being referred by my neurologist. I have never had my eyes dilated before, so I left my appt and got in my car to drive back to work. On my way to back to work, I almost got into TWO car accidents. You would think they would ask "have you had your eyes dilated before? If not let me tell you how this works". I was not given ANY instructions, or any eye protective wear, nothing! When I called back to inquire as to the proper procedure after my sister and co-workers advised me I should have not been driving under dilation, I was given VERY unprofessional decorum in regards to this issue. Took son here 5 months ago and they did not have equipment to look at my son's eye. We had to go to the downtown office to get his eye ultrasound and they told us we would have to go back to the Nexton office to get results. It has been a 6 weeks no returned calls or messages. The only way to get someone to answer is by going to appointments and they hang up on you
