The Drs and nurses must not communicate with each other cause 5 different people came in and told us 5 different things and none of them knew what the others had said or where doing. Then 1 Dr says we will not send your mother home until we have answers as to why she is losing so much blood but sent her home anyways with NO answers. But they made sure to let us know that they were so full with patients they were just trying to send all they could home. So they just sent my mama home to have to go right back but she will go to Charlotte next cause this hospital is a joke. Now yes of course they have really nice staff but when they don't know what the other is doing then how r they really doing their jobs correctly?

I’ve recently had 2 hospital stays here. Both times my care has been EXCELLENT! From the care and wisdom of the cnas to nurses to drs, everyone truly cared! The wait times were minimal. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to friends in the area if they ever need services!!

I’ve visited the er a few times between my husband and I and we have never had a horrible experience. However, my most recent experience at the er was one of the best I have ever had truly. I credit it all to Dr. Craig Bryant’s excellent bedside manner, thorough studies and just excellence in his field and at his job. I came to the er after experiencing weeks of cold/ flu symptoms that progressed to difficulty breathing and chest pains. After an earlier trip to my routine provider that passed it up as an upper respiratory infection and negative Covid/ flu tests I knew that was not right. I came to the er and all staff I interacted with was phenomenal. From the check in lady, registration, triage nurse, phlebotomist, xray tech, bedside rn and radiology Staff, all wonderful. The chest xray w

I came in for extreme menstrual bleeding at 9am on a Thursday after urgent care recommended me to come in. I was bleeding through pads every 20 minutes for hours. They ran labs to check my blood loss and did an internal and external ultrasound. My bleeding did not ease up the entire 5 hours I was there. It took 2 hours for the doctor to come tell me my results (they had been done well before that). I’m not even mad about how long it took. I’m disgusted by the fact that doctor told me, “Well you have a large clot inside but, it will eventually come out.” At this point I was so over being there and they told me I could leave so I left. No medication. No fluids. No answers as to why this was happening to me. I left the building with blood continuing to pour down my legs. I got home, started

At first this hospital seemed like a dream, everyone was so nice and caring, I was used to going to Piedmont where they were beyond horrible. I recently had three back surgeries in less than two months because of complications. In the emergency room Dr.Blevins decided that I didn't have sepsis based on what he read, he did not even look at my two incisions and then said I was seeking pain medication in my chart and sent me home. One day later my neurosurgeon said I needed to go back because guess what Dr.Blevins was wrong and I needed surgery for the infection. SHAME ON YOU DR.BLEVINS YOU DON'T BELONG IN HEALTHCARE! After being admitted another time I had the displeasure of having Dr.Tesfai as the hospitalist, this man does not like woman and wants us to know our place. Very disrespectful.
