Mante Pediatrics

Made a first time appointment for my daughter. Upon arriving, the office environment was eerie and unpleasant. I wanted to leave as soon as i walked in. The front desk staff were immediately short and rude. They nearly told me to leave because I didnt have a physical copy of my daughters insurance card even though the day prior they confirmed i could just give them her insurance ID number since her new card would be arriving in mail. They were rude but eventually let us see the dr. Nurses were unpleasant, quite, and seemed like they did not want to be there. Dr Mante was neutral. To the point. I had a hard time understanding his accent How this place has a 5 star rating is unusual, I am assuming fake reviews. No way 5 stars. Immediately after that appointment I started searching for

I absolutely love everyone at this doctors office. When I first moved here I didn't have insurance for my children my daughter had a sever kidney infection and they were the only people willing to work with me since she wasn't insured. Wonderful place and all the staff cares about each and every patient they have.

My kids have been coming to be seen here since 2008. I couldn't ask for a better facility and staff! They have stood behind us from our worst to our best and when I got covid from a client and had to get the kids tested they were so helpful and a pleasure to speak with and easing my mind. Dr mante will always get 5 stars from my family! He's an amazing doctor and awesome bedside manners!!!

The staff here have always provided a professional service whenever we've had dealings with them. They listen and treat every person with dignity and respect. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a pediatrician.

. . .I'VE had all 3 of my children treated by Dr. Mante since shortly after he and his family come to Lancaster to open their new practice! He amazed me with the superior work he did with my infant nephew ([who is now 17yrs old]) at Springs ER, Therefore theyve grown to be a part of our family! I'm Soo very THANKFUL TO MANTE PEDS FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR MY CHILDREN AS WE NEEDED THEM IN GOOD TIMES AND BAD!! They've successfully opened numerous locations around the area which Dr. Mante visits each as he works to make sure everyone is treated with proper care! 😃 MICHELLE, LOUIS, & MRS MANTE ARE GREAT INDIVIDUALS ALSO! Along with all the other supportive and caring staff!
