I should have made a formal complaint at the time. During Covid, I was visiting a relative and the security guard talked about the condition/reason for my relative for being hospitalized that was only partially true. It was hurtful to know that our family was humorous gossip.

Walk in for an xray at 3 . Was told to come back at 4:30 because we are a walk in which is fine. Told 5 people ahead of us. Checked back at 5:30 was told 5 people ahead. So they didn't see anyone in an hour? They said the tech was coming back from lunch. Really? You couldn't have told us that to begin with? Even if you're short handed have respect for people waiting.

Wayfinding is impossible. Few signs, numbers on buildings on one dime only and not the front. Awful. Find somewhere else for services.
