Took my dad in for a spot of melanoma, it was a terrible experience. Would never go back. Over $1850 and Dr. Obrian wouldn’t even see my dad, because we brought up that we were forgotten about in the room. Dr. Cotter did a very thorough job but he was the one that made to sew him back up. What should have taken less than 1.5 hours with waiting time, took almost 3 and most of it was just waiting on them to come back. Dr. Obrian came in the room without gloves, without washing his hands. Took the bandage off, it feel onto my dads shirt, then the man grabbed it without gloves or clean hands and put it back on my dads exposed hole in his face. Then because I told my dad we wouldn’t come back, that doctor refused to sew my dad up and Dr. Cotter had to do it. Again, Dr. Cotter was great but did

This place was amazing! Dr. Cotter and his staff are very compassionate. I was understandably nervous and scared since Dr. Cotter would be removing cancer from under my eye/side of nose. Hard to hide that. I was worried it was gonna be painful and that I would have a horrible scar. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! Procedure was almost painless and it took some time to heal up however I have virtually no scar. If you didn't know, you wouldn t be able to tell. Dr.Cotter was simply incredible and so are his staff. Just do exactly what they suggest and it will work out.

The medical staff were kind, caring and patient, but the office staff seemed to be having a bad day. I was informed the day before my MOHS surgery that my husband could not be with me, I had to go in alone because of the pandemic—I understand, but I really felt I needed him there. I also wish I had been told in advance that I may need an ice pack. Other than that it went fairly well, but I surprised to see skin care product sales tables with salespeople Manning the tables in a medical facility where my husband was not allowed to even enter the building.

Dr. Cotter has done surgery on me at least 11 times. These surgeries were mostly for different types of skin cancers. I have been very pleased with the services I have received from Dr. Cotter

Experience with Dr Cotter continues to be excellent, however.............administration did not set next 6 month appointment until follow-up and did not renew prescription at Walgreens until added follow-up.
