Pool water could be alittle warmer. The concrete was extremely COLD.

Not a good experience doing a tour here. Wasn't really treated kindly at all. Then, we tried to get some memberships for my wife and foster children but that didn't seem to work out either. I wanted to be able to take them swimming as that would be cool.

I have been coming here for many years, as a matter of fact we have a founding members brick in the entrance. I know it has evolved over the years and I really enjoy the covered pool for swimming in the winter. My grandchildren love to come a few times a week. Everyone is friendly and the gym is well appointed and they also have a variety of classes to attend.

A big THANK YOU to the staff and instructors for creating a modern, fun, friendly, welcoming fitness center. The Yoga program is the best in the area! Kudos to PJ, Anita, Janice, & Matt for their yoga knowledge and experience. Hats off to Dana, Carmen & Kristen heading up the Zumba classes and Adam for his Tues/Thurs night HIIT classes. Lots of amenities you won’t find in other gyms in the area. My gym of choice for last 10 yrs.

Only a few years ago MH&F was going down hill. We quit. I toured a few weeks ago... WOW! The New owners knew what needed to be addressed! Spot on! New management! Dana! Regular cleaning! Sauna, Massage beds, New Pool structure... I joined!!! HalleluYAH :)
