Munson Healthcare Urgent Care - Petoskey

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Was seen quickly. Doctor was very thorough and was not just in and out of the room. Most positive experience I have had at an urgent care facility.

Welcoming atmosphere! All personnel were friendly and compassionate. The X-ray tech and asst. were gentle and helpful in positioning me correctly for the images. I was given thorough instructions on the referral to the Munson orthopedic dept. I highly recommend the Munson Urgent Care facility.

The visit went smoothly. I liked the iPad check-in and screen letting me know where I was in queue. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Doctor was very kind and personable! I was in and out in less than 45 min. Would have been less, but they had me stay for 10 for observation to be sure I was okay following some medication was administered. (Which I appreciated). Thank you!

every single person in that building was so sweet and so professional. i am not experienced in seeing medical professionals and i was nervous and scared and in pain and the help and support they provided me, not only medically but personally, was so appreciated and a weight lifted. love them thank you!

Kind and compassionate staff, big comfortable rooms. However, we waited 2 1/2 hours in that room between getting vitals and seeing the PA. Not once a check-in or update. We were warned it would be a wait but over 2 hours is quite excessive, especially with a sick 3 year old. Also, only one set of vitals when we first arrived. By the time we left, her Tylenol had worn off and she was febrile again. Need more practitioners to be successful.
