Multident Center Inc

I have been going to MULTIDENT for the past few years and never had a bad experience with anyone there. The dentist I usually get, the younger dude is great. He is gentle enough with the drilling and does a great job at explaining everything going on with my teeth. The dental hygienists that work there are always pleasant and friendly. The gentleman with the longer hair at the front desk Is extremely friendly and helpful and takes his time to answer my questions, Even the woman working behind him at the front desk, seemed like she was on top of everything and very efficient at her job. I see this place has some bad reviews, but I have never had any type of issue though 4/5 times I have been there so far.

I was a patient at Multident Center for approximately two years and was never disappointed until the past few months. I recently needed to have a crown put in; considering never having this done before, I thought the process went pretty smoothly. About five months later, I was eating and it happened to fall out. I immediately made an appointment and they re-cemented it. It never did really feel right; I thought I would eventually get used to it. Until, I was having dinner on Thanksgiving and the crown fell out again, right on to my plate. Of course, I made an appointment again to come in, they informed me it would be $150 which I agreed. When I arrived to the office, it was then made clear to me that it would cost $150 to re-cement the crown again. I did not understand why I would want tha

These guys are awesome! Alonso Smith is awesome! From exams to root canals, they do it all. But most importantly they are great with giving needles!!! Which to me is the best part! I no longer fear the dentist. Not just Alonso Smith, his team is great. Although, Alonso is pretty funny. He does put you ease. Another big deal is they accept Healthy Smiles insurance. As anyone over 21yrs. old, knows this hard to find.

I had a most enjoyable time at the dentist (lol). This was my first time going to this dentist and of course I was a little apprehensive about trying a new dentist. However, the staff was friendly and the dentist was engaging to make you feel welcomed. I had X-rays, fillings and teeth cleaning and I was very comfortable and relaxed. The environment is clean, modernized and inviting. I have already shared my experience with my acquaintances and am happy to share it again here.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly, The Doctor was very informative and provided options for our children who are Autistic, They made sure that my Twin's were comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
