MultiCare Tacoma Family Medicine

I have come to Tacoma Family Medicine for over 30 years. Yes, it takes awhile to get an appointment but the staff is always friendly and efficient. I feel they do a great job. I rarely get to see my pcp, but I am happy with seeing other providers. Criticizing the system is not a way to change it. They are doing the best they can with an over burdened system!!! Give some grace!!! It makes it better overall!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Benko. She was my OBGYN when I got pregnant with my son 10 years ago. Great experience and she hands down is a boss at her job. To this day, she is my sons doctor. I love her and everyone here. Even if she wasn’t available, the staff all are friendly. The nurse Jaimee is amazing too. I’ll forever go here and all my children as well!

First… The building looks absolutely wonderful! ! I was able to see Dr. McAllister for the first time and I’m very pleased to say that he is wonderful ! I’m hoping I’ll be able to see him again soon to continue care for me! The girls out front that checked me in were superduper great! I’ve been coming to multicare clinic for over 24 years and I have to say that I am very pleased with the care that I get and thankful for all of you! I had a wonderful experience because of the: 1) doctor was so friendly and up close. A very bubbly personality 2) she knew what to do with my body to relieve pain 3) some pain I didn’t know I had Nice big warm hands 4) communication with me about what she was doing was amazing.

I am very disappointed in this clinic, just based off of the front desk staff. I called to see if they were accepting new patients Because I wanted them to see my newborn baby, and they told me that they needed his name and date of birth. I asked them why they needed his name and date of birth to know if they are accepting new patients, because I thought it was that they needed all his information just to know if they were accepting new patients at the moment. Well, this must’ve upset her, because she said she was going to put me on hold, and accidentally didn’t and started talking crap about me while I was still on the line. Very disappointing and not a place a want to take my child to.
